After a legal process with the Treasury Department and multiple accusations, Sequoia Voting Systems cedes its contract with the state of New York to Dominion Voting Systems, which will mean the future expansion of the Canadian company.

The purchase of Sequoia’s assets by Dominion Voting Systems represents the company’s global expansion in the United States, allowing it to serve all of Smartmatic – Sequoia’s customers.
