Softer Softer owned by Antonio Múgica Rivero and his father Antonio Múgica Sesma is a company dedicated to the development of software, which is dedicated to the marketing, distribution, representation, import and export.
Founded on October 15, 1997 in the city of Caracas, Venezuela, it changed its name to Bizta R&D Software, C.A. on March 20, 2003.
On March 20, 2003, according to the minutes of the extraordinary stockholders’ meeting, the stock of the partners was sold to Bizta Corporation, a corporation incorporated on April 12, 2000 in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
On June 10, 2003, at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of “BIZTA R&D SOFTWARE, C.A.”, the amount of three million convertible registered shares was offered to SOCIEDAD DE CAPITAL DE RIESGO VENEZUELA, C.A. “SCR” – FONCREI.
Antonio Múgica Rivero, Antonio Múgica Sesma, Eduardo Correia, Alfredo Anzola, own 1,075,000 registered shares and Fondo de Crédito Urbano (Foncrei) owns 3,000,000 registered shares represented by government official Omar Montilla.
The government shares were established within the documents and were not initially assigned seats on the board of directors.

On December 15, 2003, a new board of directors was appointed at the Shareholders’ Meeting, appointing Alfredo Anzola as President, Eduardo Correia as Vice President and Omar Montilla, representative of the Venezuelan government, as Director of the Board of Directors.
Granting him the power of decision during the process of creation and delivery of the electoral software SAES, property of the Venezuelan government, as established in the audit report of the European Union for the year 2005.
