Electoral strategist of the Venezuelan Government, he has held positions within the structure of the Venezuelan electoral system, allowing to change its structure and operation.
He is responsible for the creation of the Socialist Party of Venezuela and the electoral strategies from the governing body of the elections.

Was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in September 2018, pointed out “has sanctioned Rodriguez for his involvement in acts of corruption and political repression”.

Sister of Jorge Rodriguez, her direct relationship has led her to occupy positions in the government structure. She currently holds the position of Vice President of the Republic, controlling the country’s oil industry.

Was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in September 2018, pointed out “corruption and human rights violations”.


Tibisay Lucena ✝
Former President of the National Electoral Council (2005 – 2020) / Former Rector of the National Council (2006 – 2020) / Former Minister of University Education of Venezuela (2021 – 2023)

President of the National Electoral Council (CNE) from 2006 to 2020, after her trajectory and signals within the electoral organization she was appointed Minister of Popular Power for University Education, a position she held until her descent in 2023.

Was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department in July 2017, pointed out “for undermining democracy and human rights in Venezuela”. Then, in January 2018, the European Union included her in a list of seven sanctioned high-ranking officials that contemplated asset freezes and a ban on entering EU territory.


Nicolas Maduro
Former Minister of the National Constituent Assembly (1999 – 2000) / Former Deputy to the National Assembly of Venezuela (2000 – 2006) / Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela (2006 – 2012) / Former Vice President of Venezuela (2012 – 2013) / Former President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) (since 2014) / President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (since 2013).

President of Venezuela, questioned for being reelected as president without showing the results or the support of the tally sheets during the presidential election of July 28, 2024.

Sanctioned for human rights violations and public corruption in 2015, in 2017 the Treasury Department sanctioned Nicolas Maduro by freezing all assets subject to U.S. jurisdiction for the disruption of constitutional order in Venezuela. The State Department accuses Nicolas Maduro of narcoterrorism and offers a $15 million reward for his capture and delivery to the authorities.


Diosdado Cabello

Politician and military officer, vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and current Minister of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace.
Recognized for promoting an operation of persecution of people who are contrary to the government party. “Operation Tum-Tum-Tum”.

Was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department in September 2018, pointed out “Money laundering, corruption and narcotics trafficking”.

The state department accuses Diosdado Cabello of narcoterrorism and offers $10 million reward for capture and delivery to authorities.


Luis Campos Cabello
Secretary of the Government of the State of Miranda / Advisor to the National Electoral Council (CNE) / Director of Production and Logistics (CNE)

He has held positions of trust in the administration of his cousin Diosdado Cabello, within the National Electoral Council he was in charge of the logistics of the elections and his contracts with the company Smartmatic.

He established with Diosdado Cabello a conglomerate of companies in Spain, where he currently resides while making strategic trips to Venezuela.

He was head of Information Technology of the Communications Directorate of the Military Intelligence Directorate under the orders of Hugo “Pollo” Carvajal and in 2005 he was sent to the National Electoral Council to occupy the position of Director of the Electoral Registry.
In 2007 his predecessor Luis Campos Cabello, (Diosdado Cabello’s cousin) handed over the position and became General Director of Technology of the National Electoral Council and climbed through the political positions of Alternate Rector, Principal Rector until becoming the current Vice President of the electoral body.

Was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department in November 2017, pointed out “undermine democracy, violate human rights, inhibit freedom of speech and peaceful assembly, or engage in public corruption”.
