Dominion is now in about 150 municipalities and was used in a couple of province-wide elections, including most polling stations in Ontario’s 2010 election. Dominion also has technology in 1,000 United States counties across 35 states.
Poulos has grown the company through direct support to elections in Mongolia and the Philippines.

Sequoia president and CEO
President of Smartmatic Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Sequoia Voting Systems Inc.; was a director for International Sales at Dominion Voting Systems Corporation.

Jack Blaine held multiple positions within Sequoia, Smartmatic, SVS Holdings, and Dominion Voting Systems. In his affidavit of March 21, 2014, he stated that “For all practical purposes, the only company other than Sequoia with which SVS had any significant involvement was Smartmatic.” Maintained business relationships with its former owner.

Ronald Morales
Technology Integrator / Software Engineer

Responsible for the integration of legacy solutions from Smartmatic to Sequoia Voting Systems and later to Dominion, currently maintaining the WIN EDS based systems for the Chicago/Cook County area.
He is responsible for the certification process of the Sequoia and Dominion product lines before the certifying units and the EAC.
Morales is a member of the team that developed the first version of the SAES software implemented for 13 years in the Venezuelan elections.

Responsible for the development of election products for the parent company in Canada, highlighting products such as the EMS (Election Management System), as well as the ImageCast series of voting machines (ImageCast Precinct, ImageCast Central, ImageCast Evolution, ImageCast Remote and Imagecast X).

Nenad Kovac

Known as Neša Roming, he has an extensive business network abroad with companies in Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Croatia and Bulgaria. Cyprus, the United States, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Norway and Great Britain.
Roaming Networks company in charge of importing Huawei products for Serbia and the Balkans. Nenad is linked to the import of illegal listening devices “spying” imported from China.
