1. Would Heider Garcia be in a position on the federal Election Assistance Commission to reveal the design of the Smartmatic-origin source code, and the source code audit protocol and process that he designed and said remained current, to prevent or detect manipulation of voting results in the United States?
2. Has Garcia’s subject-matter expert role at the Election Assistance Commission been restricted to administering elections in the United States, or has he included knowledge from his 13 years of work at Smartmatic?
3. Has Garcia warned American election officials about Smartmatic’s source code and its various mutations under different licenses and brands over the years?
4. Has Garcia warned about any vulnerabilities in the Smartmatic-origin source code audit protocol and process?
5. Has Garcia used his subject-matter expertise as a county elections administrator or as a federal Election Assistance Commission associate to describe, or even warn about, the potential for foreign actors to manipulate voting software in American elections?
