1. Why would a successful engineer and manager at a quickly growing company like Smartmatic to become a county official to administer elections?

2. Why would he serve only two years before moving to Tarrant County, Texas?

3. Is there any cause and effect between Garcia’s tenure as elections administrator in Tarrant County, for generations a Republican-voting area, and the county’s 2020 flip to vote for Democrats?

4. Does he have any ownership or other interest in Smartmatic that would present a professional conflict of interests?
