Dominion Voting Systems builds a data center in Belgrade, Serbia, through Roaming Networks, also known as Dot Networks. Roaming/Dot is the strategic partner in Serbia for China’s Huawei telecom company.
Roaming/Dot highlights four projects in Serbia:
- Telecom Serbia (state-owned);
- EPS, or Electric Power Company of Serbia (state-owned),
- Elektromreža Srbije, the Serbian electric power transmission system (state-owned),
- Bank of China (Chinese state-owned), and
- Dominion Voting.
Before changing its name to Dot, the company claimed to have offices in three American cities (Chicago, Dallas, and Charlotte), and operations in 20 states (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Florida, California, Texas, Alabama, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Connecticut).
Roaming Network, which changed its name to Dot Networks, is located at Oblakovska 51, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. It was responsible for the construction of the primary data center for Dominion Voting Systems in Serbia.
After changing its name to Dot Network, the company removed public claims to American offices and operations, and referred only to its offices and operations in Europe.
