“Venezuela gave Chicago Ozzie Guillen, the beloved manager of the World Series champion White Sox. But is the South American country, with secrecy and stealth, also exporting vote fraud here?” The Chicago Tribune asks the question after “angry alderman” lambasted Sequoia Voting Systems President Jack Blaine.
Alderman Edward Burke “suggested” at a hearing “that the hardware could be part of a Venezuelan conspiracy to subvert American elections,” according to the Tribune.
“I am saying the potential for tampering with the American electoral process where presidential elections can be determined by just one state exists here,” Burke says.
“Tell me a single solitary reason there is to trace ownership through three shell corporations to the Curacao Islands and its roots to Venezuela, where they have already been involved with the dictator of Venezuela,” Burke says.
Blaine “acknowledged some problems with his company’s equipment in the March 21 primary,” the Tribune says, but “he flatly denied Burke’s allegation that Venezuela’s leftist president, U.S. critic Hugo Chavez, might be pulling strings behind the scenes.”
“Of course, I think it is a crackpot theory,” Blaine tells reporters.
The alderman tells reporters, “we may have stumbled across what could be [an] international conspiracy to subvert the electoral process in the United States of America.”

3. What are the three Curacao shell corporations linked to the Venezuelan dictator, mentioned by the Alderman Edward Burke and what is the link of these shell corporations with Sequoia/Smartmatic?

5. Are the concerns raised by the Alderman Burke about a potential subversion of the electoral process in the United States really “crackpot theories”? Are they?
