Software Softer, C.A., is incorporated in Caracas, Venezuela, by Antonio José Mugica Rivero, Antonio Mugica, Jr., hereafter referenced as “Antonio Mugica,” and Antonio Julián Mugica Sesma (Antonio Mugica, Sr.).
In 2001, the company would change its name to Bizta R&D Software, C.A. to develop the Smartmatic Automated Election Systems (SAES) software for the Venezuelan government of Hugo Chávez.

1. Does this mean that Software Softer, Bizta, and Smartmatic have shared the owners and developers since they were incorporated?
2. If they share the same founders/owners, developers, and purposes, does it mean the three companies are pretty much the same enterprise with different names? Are they shell companies?
